For our AW2023 Special with EG we went for a quilted Utility Vest. Up in North East Scotland we find that a quilt vest can be a handy option to keep the chill at bay. A fine garment to wear over a flannel shirt or chunky knit for that next level of warmth for the vital organs. Handy also because it gives the option of pockets but without the bulk of a jacket, and in the modern World you need plenty of pockets. The fabric options on the vest are between the Uniform Navy Serge Wool and the Heavy Cotton Ripstop and features on the vest include a double zip front, a knit stand collar, a single zip chest utility pocket, two slant hand pocket, strap and snap side adjusters and a dropped rear hem. The considered simplicity of design and choice of fabric are key to our philosophy of offering garments that will become favourites and are well worn over many years of use.
