Pocra Quay Edit | Nanamica
Aberdeen Harbour was first established by King David 1st of Scotland in 1136. Over its 900 years of history the harbour has witnessed tremendous changes. In the 1400’s it was a point of departure for Scots emigrating to Europe. The harbour was a big fishing port in the 19th and 20th centuries and then 50 years ago the North Sea oil & gas industry took over. Today we have an emergent offshore wind industry starting to take hold. This all resonates well with the brand showcased in this Edit – Nanamica - which translates as “The House of the Seven Seas”.
